What You'll Do

• Own content strategy from keyword research to execution.
• Drive our link-building (guest posting, HARO, etc) initiatives, focusing on securing placements that move the needle.
• Develop and implement technical SEO improvements
• Create articles and page content with AI while applying expert editing to ensure clarity, engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
• In your video, tell us who your favorite superhero is
• Create SOPs to streamline content production, SEO processes, and link-building efforts.
• Collaborate directly with the company's founder to shape and execute our organic growth roadmap for our clients.
• Manage and mentor writers to maintain high-quality output.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO content creation and strategic link building with a proven track record
• Proven link-building success → Show us guest posts you secured that made an impact
• AI-curious & strategic → You use AI to scale, not to replace expertise
• Experience with modern SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO) and AI content platforms

Extra credit knowledge

• Local SEO knowledge (bonus) → Experience in winning Local SEO & Map Pack rankings is a plus
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
