Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that demonstrate the functionality and visual layout of the design. Use tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Design high-quality visual elements, including icons, buttons, and other interactive components, ensuring consistency across the product.
  • Develop user flows, sitemaps, and interaction designs to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design concepts with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system or style guide to ensure coherence across all digital products.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on designs, identify issues, and iterate on solutions to improve user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Document design decisions, user flows, and interface guidelines to facilitate a smooth handoff to developers and other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes and mockups to demonstrate design concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, effectively communicating design ideas and rationale.
  • High attention to detail in visual design and user experience, ensuring a polished final product.
