UX / UI Designer
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014 ONSITE
Duration: 6 Months+
Portfolio is required
The Client Financial Services team is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with experience in ecommerce and finance products.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining design patterns and shared features, and helping product designers apply them to create a suite of elegant products that anyone can use.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years work experience
- An understanding of visual and communication design principles.
- Highly skilled in Sketch, Figma, Keynote and other design tools.
- Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
- A deep understanding of the Client design aesthetic, UI, and history
- A passion for Client, its products, and its customers is a requirement.
- Online portfolio showcasing UX, UI and visual design work for mobile and web is preferred.
- Previous experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
Description
From brainstorming through implementation, the UX/UI Designer will work as the voice of user experience and design standards while working with business, engineering, marketing, QA, and partners.
You have the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions.
The position requires working across several teams to create consensus and provide deliverables under tight deadlines and fast changing priorities. Strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change are essential.
Degree in human interaction sociology, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent is preferred.
