How you support our team
- You will be shooting video materials (in a team with an actress, who is the Face of Geske brand) for Geske Social Media platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok.
- You will be responsible for the entire production process, including shooting, lighting, and camera work.
- You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to create a consistent brand image across all our audience touchpoints.
- You will plan and independently execute video shooting in Geske Studio - from the development of creative storyboards to the organization of the shoot to the final implementation.
- You will develop innovative ideas for engaging video content and continuously adapt to current social media trends.
- Trend scouting: You monitor current social media trends and implement them with your own creative concepts.
- Your main task is video recording, but you are comfortable with editing when required.
What sets you apart
- You have a flair for engaging stories and love to inspire people with your content.
- You have a strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions, and pacing.
- You know the specific requirements of the common Social Media platforms and are always up to date.
- You have several years of experience in camera work and lighting design.
- You have very good knowledge of video production (camera and video editing).
- You are comfortable in teamwork (Face of Geske and video editor) and exchanging ideas to achieve the best results.
- You have a quick grasp and a high level of discipline.
- Strong aesthetic understanding and ability to tell emotional and visually compelling stories that reflect the values of a beauty brand.
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
