We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and take ownership of customizing and optimizing WordPress themes, including popular options like Enfold.
Requirements
As a WordPress Developer, you’ll collaborate with our design and content teams to bring our clients’ websites to life. You’ll work on creating responsive, high-performing, and visually engaging sites that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Core Responsibilities
Customize WordPress themes (including Enfold) to align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Build and modify page layouts, menus, and other site elements using theme customization options and custom CSS/HTML.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality, plugins, and theme compatibility.
Collaborate with content teams to implement visually appealing layouts and features.
Maintain and update existing WordPress sites as needed, ensuring they remain secure and functional.

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in WordPress, with a strong portfolio of customized WordPress themes.
Experience working with the Enfold theme or similar multipurpose WordPress themes.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with PHP is a plus.
Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and layout aesthetics.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
Excellent time management and communication skills.

We're prioritizing candidates from the Philippines.
Work-from-home setup
Hours options:
You would work during US EST Hours (approx 8am to 5pm EST) - This option comes with higher monthly pay.
You would work a split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and then 9pm-1am EST)
You would work a Mid-shift (approximately 3:30am - 12:30pm EST)
Interview and Timeline
We’re conducting interviews now. The target start date would be dependent on the result of the interview.

We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills
Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings
Paid Vacation Time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid Sick Time
5 sick days off annually
Paid Life Leave
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.
Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
