Our client specializes in the sale of water filtration equipment for both residential and commercial applications. Residential filtration systems are primarily marketed online and through dedicated counters in department stores, with periodic promotional sales and exhibitions. In the commercial sector, sales representatives engage in targeted marketing across various industries. Additionally, the client hosts health seminars in collaboration with various training organizations. These seminars not only promote their water filtration products but also provide clients with valuable opportunities to connect with the brand.
Their primary product line features ceramic water filters, and they take pride in being a Hong Kong-based brand. The products are manufactured in the UK, China, South Korea, and other locations. Currently, sales operations are focused on Hong Kong and Macau, with plans for future expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly promotional themes and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Handle website management and respond to customer inquiries online.
- Collect survey data and gather online sales data for media advertisement planning and placement.
- Set up and manage EDM campaigns.
- Design posts, EDM content, posters, and assist with video editing or photography as needed.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in video editing and photography.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including advertisement, data analytics, and EDM campaigns.
- Proficiency in using designing and video editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, etc).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Positive attitude towards work with a strong willingness to learn.
