Scion Staffing is currently hiring on behalf of our client, a leading live event production and strategic communications company, for a Producer role! As a Producer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and on-site production of corporate live events, brand activations, and virtual/hybrid experiences. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution—on time, on budget, and aligned with creative goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with experience in live events, staging, production management, and creative execution. This role is onsite in Broomfield, CO and is Contract To Hire.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Client Management
- Lead event production from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and project budgets.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, adjusting plans as needed.
Event & Production Logistics
- Develop and maintain production schedules, agendas, show flows, and on-site schedules.
- Oversee event setup, staging, technical execution, and all creative elements, including graphics, video, speaker support, entertainment, and interactive media.
- Collaborate with technical leads (Stage Managers, Scenic Designers, Lighting, and Audio teams) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage all pre-event travel logistics, including accommodations, per diems, and production team scheduling.
On-Site Production Leadership
- Act as the on-site liaison between clients, production teams, and staging crews.
- Ensure all equipment, labor, and materials arrive on time and meet quality expectations.
- Supervise technical rehearsals, speaker rehearsals, and show execution.
- Monitor call times, meal breaks, union regulations, and crew welfare.
Creative & Content Strategy
- Ensure alignment with the event’s creative vision, collaborating with designers, writers, and producers to bring concepts to life.
- Oversee storytelling elements, including live music, video content, graphics, and interactive components.
- Work with internal teams to create and implement content strategy and messaging.
Post-Event & Financial Management
- Obtain and code invoices, ensuring proper reconciliation with Accounting.
- Track and manage final event costs, ensuring budget compliance.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in live events, hospitality, theater production (stage management, scenic design, lighting), or corporate event production.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple large-scale events simultaneously.
- Experience working with corporate clients and executive teams in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Google Drive, Zoom/Teams, and production scheduling tools.
- Ability to travel frequently (40-60 days per year, with peak seasons in Jan-March and Sept-Nov).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
