Our client is a boutique Corporate Finance firm known for delivering outstanding advisory services in the global consumer investment banking / corporate finance sector. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to lead the coordination of business development and marketing activities across the firm, ensuring their team operates at peak efficiency and maximises every opportunity.

This is an office based position.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM (35%)

  1. Leading the development and optimisation of the CRM system
  2. Working with senior bankers to identify, populate and maintain key reports
  3. Using data to generate analysis to support strategic decision-making

Business Development (45%)

  1. Coordinating and encouraging bankers’ business development activities
  2. Managing agendas and minutes for meetings and calls, supporting with attendance and minute-taking
  3. Coordinating interactions with key client sets and partner firms
  4. Managing/directing junior banking resources in preparing marketing presentations, research, and other key materials

Marketing & Communications (20%)

  1. Managing external communications, event planning and delivery and brand positioning to amplify industry impact

Who You Are:

  1. 5-10 years’ experience of working in business development, strategy, or operational functions
  2. Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded
  3. Motivated, driven, energetic and eager to take ownership of a wide range of activities
  4. Comfortable with significant levels of responsibility
  5. Experienced or knowledgeable in investment banking, M&A, consultancy, law, or private equity (not essential but beneficial)
