Job Description:

This position is on the Process Enablement team within Data, Digital & Global Marketing (DD&GM). The Process Enablement team provides web development support to execute and support key capabilities across various critical processes within DD&GM.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications; often using new technologies and coding patterns.
  2. Strong experience desired for React and detailed knowledge of JavaScript required.
  3. Strong desire for experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, APIs, JSON, security best practices. Experience with ESLint and coding best-practices.
  4. Working with partners and project managers to understand business processes in order to understand business requirements; translating those business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
  5. Performing analysis of requirements in order to identify gaps and impacts to existing code and functionality.
  6. Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource - will not have direct reports but will lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
  7. Be able to investigate issues at depth independently – equal focus on code maintainability/readability besides code reusability.

You will work within the team to understand DD&GM business processes and requirements to build and enhance internal process enablement websites, which is leveraged across the organization. Work efforts include complex initiatives to create new capabilities and enhance current functionality. Participation in daily SCRUM meetings to provide transparency into work completed, challenges, and upcoming deliverables to various project members is critical. This work requires an understanding of technical capabilities to solve business problems and entails direct partnership with teammates to create and execute technical solutions to support key business processes.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 10-15 + years of full stack experience.
  2. Experience with API development, .NET, React, JavaScript, SQL Server, JSON.
  3. Design, develop and maintain custom websites for ASP.NET Core with various client frameworks (jQuery, Kendo, Bootstrap, Razor, etc.).
  4. PowerShell is a plus.
  5. Opportunity to mentor other developers.
  6. Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written is a must, the role would require written and verbal communications with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
  7. Well versed in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory etc.
  8. Experience with Agile Development & ability to work with global delivery team to implement the technology solutions.
  9. Ability to identify and triage around issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives; Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.
  10. Knowledge of Application security standards and Application management policy/standards.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay Transparency details:

Pay range $107,500.00 - $151,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
