Job Description:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about developing engaging learning materials? If so, as an E-Learning Content Developer on the R&D team, you can work on a global team, supporting many technical products and teams, and creating impactful training resources that align with our strategic business priorities. Join our team and help shape the learning experiences that empower our employees to reach their full potential and drive our company forward.

Your Role:

  • Design impactful learning solutions across various modalities, such as instructor-led sessions, experiential/peer-learning strategies, videos, assessments, and eLearning, to meet the needs of global audiences.
  • Partner with learning consultants and key stakeholders to simultaneously translate designs into learning content and experiences appropriate for targeted audiences across multiple content areas and learning platforms.
  • Manage content creation for multiple portfolios while ensuring timely delivery through effective project management.
  • Contribute to continuous content improvement by reviewing and incorporating user feedback, analyzing metrics to validate training efficacy and alignment to strategic objectives, and exploring emerging technologies to enhance the learner experience.
  • Design solutions that drive performance outcomes for ROI to the business and behavior change.
  • Ensure that training content is high-quality, clear, accurate, free of spelling/grammatical errors, and adheres to brand standards.
  • Work with third-party vendors to source additional resources or develop alternative solutions.
  • Maintain updates to content and courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).

What You Will Bring:
  • Strong skills in project management, collaboration, problem-solving, content/curriculum development, and English language proficiency in written/verbal communication.
  • A degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, Articulate, and video editing software.
  • Ability to present ideas visually and translate complex concepts into simplistic language.
  • Ability to utilize emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, throughout the content development process.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
