What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a technical wizard with a creative streak! To be a great fit, you’ll need:
- Hardware Know-how: Understanding of project hardware requirements (including pixel streaming) ️
- Art Pipeline Expertise: Experience building and evolving pipelines using tools, plugins, and game tech
- Performance Optimization Skills: Proven experience optimizing for PC development with profiling tools
- Communication: You’ll be a great bridge between the creative and technical teams, ensuring smooth project delivery ️
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Unreal Insights Knowledge – Highly advantageous!
- Substance Suite, VR design, Niagara, Blueprints, and C++ experience
- A background in architecture is a definite plus ️
Your Role in the Studio
As a Senior Interactive Technical Artist, you'll be playing a key role in bringing projects to life. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be up to:
- Pre-production:
- Building clear and efficient pipelines for 3D CAD to Unreal Engine workflows
- Documenting tools and workflows for the team
- Prototyping and benchmarking project features ️
- During Production:
- Collaborating with Project Leads and Art Directors to meet technical needs
- Ensuring standards are followed and documentation is up-to-date
- Fixing performance issues and adding that final polish
- Training and supporting artists by developing awesome workflows and tools

You’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and love solving problems. You stay positive (even in a fast-paced environment), and you know how to prioritize and manage your time like a pro
