Job Overview

THE LASH LOUNGE at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH (https://www.thelashlounge.com/oh-westlake-crocker-park) is looking for a positive and professional experienced Eyelash Extension Stylist. We are an upscale eyelash salon that prides itself on creating an inviting atmosphere and providing excellent customer service. This candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent client service skills, and have exceptional attention to detail. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and eyebrow extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge clients at the expected “Gold Standard” level.
• Conduct thorough client consultations prior to service application and insert proper notes in client charts for future tracking.
• Manage work area, inventory for necessary items, and ensure cleanliness of the overall treatment room.
• Sanitize implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and licensing.
• Share in general cleanliness of the salon, including keeping common areas organized, assisting with laundry duties, and taking out trash.
• Assist with promotions at supplementary events and perform services during those events to help market the salon.
• Complete all other duties as prescribed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics State License required.
• Microblading and/or Permanent Makeup experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
• Initiate self-learning and educate clients on products and services offered.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Exhibit sound judgment.
• Form strong working relationships within the team.
• Identify additional tasks to be completed and assist others willingly.
• Ongoing learner with insatiable curiosity and interest in self-improvement.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday: 10:00AM - 8:00PM
Friday: 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Sunday: Varies
