Innovation Marketing Manager
has a role on a cross-functional agile team responsible for driving key growth initiatives for Nature Made, the #1 selling national vitamin and supplement brand. In this role, the manager will harness an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover consumer insights and integrate them with strong scientific knowledge to deliver compelling and differentiated new business opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to bring a high level of curiosity, creativity, and new thinking to the business that enables healthy lifestyles for consumers. Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include: Serves as a key member of the innovation team, leading transformational innovation pipeline projects to meet consumer needs and drive business growth. Lead the ideation and development process for key segments and need states within the portfolio. Works with Science & Technology, Finance, Marketing and Sales partners to align on opportunities and uncover ways to optimize business cases. Develop and support recommendations to the internal investment and accelerator steering committee. Responsible for creating and developing holistic value propositions (concept, product, positioning, financials, go-to-market plan) that meet the needs of the consumer target and become sustainable business models. Develops category and competitive business analyses to identify opportunities to disrupt through product and/or business model innovation. Partner with Insights Lead to continually drive consumer-centricity in our innovation work and evolve our agile processes. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a growth mindset to develop, test, iterate on ideas and demonstrates the ability to think strategically and challenge the norm. This team supports and encourages rolling up the sleeves to be scrappy, with a bias of learning in real-life rather than creating decks. Effective communication skills are paramount, with strong empathy and interpersonal skills, and sharp problem-solving skills. Has experience working in a high-performance, fast-paced team with people of diverse backgrounds. You’ll be most successful in this role if you have: Proven success in creating, developing, and launching new product innovation in the market. Proven ability to connect with consumers and distill insights that can create new opportunities. Strong analytical experience using syndicated and custom data to help solve business challenges. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop and sell ideas internally. Demonstrated strong curiosity and ability to leverage lean-start mentality in approach to the work. Demonstrated ability to create strong cross-functional partnerships focused on problem solving to create and build even stronger business propositions. Strong business background and financial acumen. In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have: A four-year college or university degree or its equivalent. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 4 years’ experience post-MBA or 7 years post-college, with a minimum of 2 years in innovation-related roles. Experience working in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is required, with a preference for Health & Wellness, Vitamin and Supplements, or OTC Pharmaceutical industry. OUR OFFER

Annual Pay Annual Pay Range: $128,228.00 - $192,290.00 This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
