We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage creative services and content operations at Rebel Girls. This role will be responsible for creating and managing cross-functional project timelines (across audio, video, marketing, and content teams), coordinating deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of content-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about our mission. Your responsibilities will includeContent & Project Management

Develop and maintain project timelines for various content projects, including audio and video production, marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and product launches. Track project progress, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews. Scheduling and coordination for video and audio production, including scheduling guests, tween/teen hosts, and the like. Creative Asset Coordination

Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and marketing teams to manage the development and organization of creative content. Oversee the production process for videos, podcasts, marketing materials, and product designs. Manage asset reviews, feedback collection, version tracking, as well as final asset organization and distribution. Launch and publish assets on a daily basis (YouTube uploads, social cutdown handoff, and so on). Organize project folders and file storage, including historical databases and Google Drives. Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support

Lead and support special content projects as needed, ensuring they align with brand goals and meet project requirements. Act as a central point of communication for project updates and issue resolution. You will bring to the team

2–4 years of experience in project management or production coordination. Experience managing content-driven projects, including audio and video production. Comfortable working cross-functionally and with remote teams. Strong organizational skills. Keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Google Suite, Adobe design software, and project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, and/or Trello is a plus.
