ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Media Strategy Lead with a deep focus on Paid Meta & Google Advertising, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of both crafting strategic media plans and executing hands-on buys for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands with at least $10M in annual ad spend. You will be at the forefront of adapting incrementality to media buying strategies. You must thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Strategy & Planning

Adapt best-in-class causal informed incrementality to best-in-class media allocation and campaign optimization. Develop and implement comprehensive Paid strategies across Meta and Google platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, account management) to craft and optimize integrated media plans. Campaign Management & Execution

Take hands-on ownership of campaign setup, management, and optimizations within Meta and Google Ads Manager. Define clear KPIs and measurement frameworks. Help ensure campaigns are properly tracked and optimized for performance. Implement and continuously refine targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and other key metrics. Data Analysis & Optimization

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Synthesize learnings into actionable insights that drive incremental growth and efficiency. Stakeholder & Client Management

Present regular campaign updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and client stakeholders. Serve as the internal Paid Meta + Google expert, providing guidance on new product launches, feature updates, and best practices across Meta and Google platforms. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, influencing outcomes and ensuring alignment on campaign objectives. Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital media, with 5+ years dedicated to buying on Meta and Google. Hands-on Meta + Google Ads Manager expertise, managing campaigns with an annual budget of $10M+ for DTC/eComm brands. Demonstrable success in creating, implementing, and measuring full-funnel media strategies on Meta platforms. Demonstrated leadership experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes across various management levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros). Agency experience in a Paid Meta + Google role. Demonstrated understanding of the social media industry and platforms.
