We currently have an opportunity for an experienced professional to provide strategic direction and lead the day-to-day activities of membership development, marketing, and associated operations efforts. In this role, you will be expected to develop tactical plans that invest in benefits, products and services to provide exceptional member value and revenue growth. You will also oversee membership marketing activities that drive engagement and lead to new member acquisition, member satisfaction and retention as well as be responsible for providing strategic direction of Membership Year processes and programs.
