The role focuses on preparing complex briefs and motions in employment-related class action cases. Duties: Prepare detailed legal briefs, motions, and memoranda for class action cases. Draft and manage complex dispositive motions, oppositions to class certifications, motions for decertification, motions for summary judgment, motions to compel arbitration and appeal-related documents. Assist with developing briefing strategies in collaboration with the class action merits teams. Ensure legal arguments are supported by relevant case law, statutes, and other legal authorities. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in legal research and writing, particularly in employment and class action matters. Proven expertise in drafting legal documents for complex litigation, including class action cases. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively with litigation teams and contribute to case strategies. Exceptional legal research skills and the ability to synthesize complex legal issues. Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks efficiently. Strong work ethic, with a focus on results and client outcomes. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
