We're looking for a Creator Community Manager to build and grow a thriving creator community. You'll create spaces-both online and in person-where creators and social media professionals connect, collaborate, learn together, and feel supported. From running a digital hub to organizing virtual and in-person meetups you'll create opportunities for engagement that feel natural, exciting, and impactful.
As the brand's voice in creator culture, you'll spot trends, advocate for creators, and find fresh ways to amplify their voices. If you know the ins and outs of social media, love bringing people together, creating excitement, building scalable programs and making a real impact in the creator space, this role is calling your name.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage a digital creator hub - Develop and maintain an online space where creators can connect, collaborate, and access resources.
- Organize community events and activations - Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetups, workshops, and events to foster engagement and connection.
- Develop creator rewards and incentives - Design swag, certifications, recognition programs, and other initiatives to keep the community motivated and engaged.
- Advocate for creators internally - Identify trends, gather insights, and ensure creator needs are represented within the company.
- Be the face and voice of the brand in creator spaces - Engage with the community across social media, forums, and live events, building trust and excitement.
- Support and elevate creators in new spaces - Identify and empower creators in underserved communities or emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work with marketing, product, and customer success to align efforts and strengthen creator engagement.
- Monitor and measure community growth and impact - Track key metrics and optimize strategies based on engagement and feedback.
You'll need:
- Experience in community building - Proven track record of growing and managing online and in-person communities, preferably in the creator or social media space.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills - Ability to engage and inspire creators through written, verbal, and visual content.
- Deep understanding of creator culture - Familiarity with social platforms, creator challenges, and industry trends.
- Event planning and activation experience - Comfortable organizing meetups, workshops, and digital activations that drive engagement.
- Social media fluency - Skilled in managing and interacting with communities on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
- Passion for advocacy and empowerment - Committed to elevating creators, especially in underserved or emerging spaces.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability to work with marketing, product, and support teams to align on community initiatives.
- Self-starter with a creative mindset - Thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas and takes initiative.
- Data-driven approach - Comfortable tracking engagement metrics and using insights to refine strategies.
- Willingness to travel - Able to attend events and meetups as needed to foster in-person connections.
