Title: Content Strategist Location: Detroit, MI Hybrid (3 days onsite T,W,T) Duration: 12 Months Role Type: W2 contract engagement Job Description A Content Strategist is a skilled professional responsible for promoting services or products to customer through multi-channel campaigns. Works with marketing and requires experience building and managing communication campaigns to achieve company goals. Responsibilities Plans for the creation, approval, delivery and governance of copy and messaging content across multiple channels and formats, including landing pages/websites, IVR, social media, digital, blogs, internal channels. Creates, optimizes and edits content to align with SEO best practices and brand guidelines. Creates content for accuracy, brand voice, readability and comprehensiveness as well as consistency. Supports partners within Marketing, Marketing Communications and other key stakeholders across the organization in the creation, delivery and editing of content across earned, owned and paid channels. Plan social media strategy for paid campaigns on various social channels. Create and execute emails to promote program.
