Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Creative Designer for our client, a wonderful marketing organization in Chicago! This is the perfect fit for you if you are looking to craft epic brand moments that hit different and stick with you for big name brands and worldwide heavy hitters! The Creative Designer should have a knack for storytelling and a proven ability to craft visually stunning, interactive experiences for top brands. Expertise spans brand, digital, UI/UX, and environmental design, with execution across digital, print, social, packaging, and experiential platforms. This is a full time, direct hire, hybrid role in Chicago (West side).

- Compensation range is $85-95k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Partner with Creative Directors to shape visual concepts for branded experiences.
- Design innovative customization elements, interactive installations, and digital content.
- Create motion graphics, layouts, and UI for events using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Execute designs across digital, print, social, packaging, and experiential platforms.
- Integrate emerging tech, including AI tools like MidJourney, to elevate activations.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with fabricators, technologists, and specialists to bring ideas to life.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, design, and interactive tech.
What you will need:
- 5-7+ years experience in a creative role specifically within experiential marketing or complementary sectors
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Figma for digital design.
- Strong portfolio featuring motion graphics, experiential design, and live activations.
- Excellent storytelling abilities to craft immersive brand experiences.
- Effective project management, handling multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring junior designers while promoting collaboration and innovation.
