This role is ideal for forward-thinking, adaptable individuals eager to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with our senior marketing staff.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including graphics, videos, and written posts to strengthen brand presence.Paid Social Media Ads: Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media channels to meet performance goals like audience engagement, click-through rates, and conversion optimization.Paid Search Ad Campaigns: Work on Google Search and PerformanceMax campaigns, mastering keyword and audience targeting techniques to drive measurable performance improvements.SEO Implementation: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to boost organic search visibility, and produce content that aligns with SEO best practices and Google's guidelines.Marketing Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to enhance ROI, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness, working with data to make strategic recommendations.Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with marketing strategists to align creative and strategic content with business goals, optimizing campaigns based on real-time performance data.What You'll Gain:Throughout the program, you'll work on live projects, receive mentorship from senior marketing professionals, and benefit from regular feedback to track your growth.
