Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various applications.
- Create and maintain schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools such as Altium Designer and PADS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers, to ensure design specifications and functional requirements are met.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues to ensure optimal PCB performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for PCB design.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design and schematic capture.
- Proficiency with PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle, or PADS.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design principles, and multilayer PCB layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with high-frequency PCB design.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI considerations.
- Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT principles.
- Experience with high-speed digital, analog, and RF circuit design.
- Hybrid work model (must be onsite from day one).
