About This Role Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Marketing-Program Management will be responsible for the management of team initiatives that cross multiple audiences. This includes building the marketing roadmap, ensuring tight integration across all deliverables, representing status and demonstrating ownership over the budgetary and team agency initiatives. This position will focus on working with both HCP, Consumer, and KME engagement marketing teams for both branded and disease state education through well-planned and executable tactics across the customer ecosystem. What You'll Do Manage the marketing roadmap and all leadership deliverables through proactive communication and disciplined program management. Ensure marketing programs and campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget, time, and scope expectations. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners, alliance partners, and all agencies. Manage relationships with agencies related to meetings, reviews, and leadership presentations. Manage all team communications and meetings related to building alignment. Ensure the team is regularly aligned on all priorities associated with brand growth. Specific initiatives may include: Build integrated roadmaps to support brand plan and help manage and prioritize tactics across workstreams. Collaborate with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not limited to Omnichannel Excellence, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, and Medical. Assist, when needed, routing materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (MLR). Overall marketing budget management and regular alignment with finance colleagues. Meeting management for marketing and cross-functional alignment. Manage all print resources and inventory needs. Who You Are You are a strategic thinker who can execute flawlessly with strong project management skills. You are collaborative, proactive, and a curious person always looking to learn and improve the way we work. You put the needs of patients and those who care for them above all else and have a passion for serving them. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years program management experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry or relevant experience. Proven track record of career progression and success. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and 'roll-up your sleeves' culture. A self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team. Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority. Preferred Skills: Experience within Women's Health, Psychiatry, and/or Primary Care. Prior product launch experience. Commercial Marketing experience.
