Midlevel Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Associate – Portland OR Seattle (Hybrid Position) Miller Nash’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team is growing! The members of Miller Nash’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team aggressively represent clients in a wide variety of industries while finding practical and creative solutions in distressed financial situations. Miller Nash is seeking an associate with two to four years of experience in representing creditors to join its Portland or Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans (collection and/or lender liability matters), as well as in loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy. Experience with litigation, bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings is required, as well as strong academic credentials and analytical ability. This is a hybrid position (working partially remotely and partially in the office). Membership in the Oregon State Bar Association or Washington State Bar is required, respectively.
