Graphic Designer

Duration- 4 months (Possible Extension)

Locations: 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102 & 2880 Gateway Oaks, Sacramento, CA

Job Descriptions

  • This request is for a temporary Graphic Designer position in the Child and Family Focused Services Unit/Family Court Services team to provide assistance with creating new webinars and editing a backlog of recorded webinars to help Family Court Services court staff meet mandated training requirements.
  • Webinar work will include planning visuals for each webinar, animating PowerPoint presentations, creating visuals, recording webinars, and final editing in preparation for posting on the Family Court Services Moodle platform.
  • Tasks assigned to this graphic designer will include, but not be limited to: working with program staff to plan webinars on a variety of mediation-related topics, recommend visuals for webinars, edit PowerPoint presentations to make them visually appealing to our audience, adding animation and importing video and other source material, logging and identifying selects, rough cut, input and revisions, color enhancement and sound mix, and final review and delivery of compressed videos.
  • Tasks assigned to this graphic designer will include but not be limited to webinar planning, webinar recording, PowerPoint presentation animation, importing video and other source material, logging and identifying selects, rough cut, input and revisions, color enhancement and sound mix, and final review and delivery of compressed videos.

Required Skills (preferred skills in parentheses)

  • Advanced proficiency with a variety of design and graphics software.
  • Advanced proficiency with webinar editing using Adobe Premier Pro or similar software, producing and finalizing graphics and images and coordinate with client and third-party vendors to establish design criteria and materials.
  • Advanced proficiency with a variety of design and graphics software including Adobe Premier Pro.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
