Job Summary:
This role is for the strategic thinker, the data-driven decision-maker and the innovative marketing leader. The Senior Graphic Designer leads the visual design aspect of projects, overseeing the creation of compelling marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency, collaborating with clients and teams, providing creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and staying updated on industry trends to deliver high-quality designs across various mediums, often managing multiple projects simultaneously; requiring expert knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite and strong communication skills to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines for marketing materials like websites, brochures, advertisements, social media graphic and swag.
- Project management: Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Client collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Brand consistency: Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements and ensure adherence to established brand guidelines.
- Trend awareness: Stay updated on current design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative elements into projects.
- Design execution: Produce high-quality design assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Communication skills: Effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Team Collaboration: partner with content, web development, SEO specialists, media strategists and other members of the marketing team to deliver design that aligns with business objectives and consumer needs.

Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Expert design skills: Strong understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, composition); experience with web design a requirement
- Design tool proficiency, experience with design tools such as: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and potentially After Effects
- Portfolio demonstration: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a high level of creativity
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify design challenges and develop creative solutions
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and market trends
