We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer - Production Specialist to join the fast-paced team at Image 360 - Brookfield. Your responsibilities will include designing visually appealing graphics, managing timelines and projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring the highest possible client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of the entire design and production process, pre-press experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to create solutions that meet client needs. • Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style, and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copies for print reproduction according to client or supervisor instructions.
• Review production layout and suggest improvements as needed.
• Prepare sample or proof of finished layout and present to the client for approval.
• Prepare pre-press/set up of files for production.
• Perform color management per client requirements.
• Occasionally operate various technologies (e.g., roll-to-roll printer, plotter, flatbed, laminator, digital cutter, etc.).
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance.

• Minimum of two years of education in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
• Extremely organized and proactive decision-maker.
• Proficient with graphic design/RIP/computer software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx Thrive, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Sharp attention to detail and keen multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products is a plus.
• Professional, upbeat, positive attitude.
