Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Kelly Generator's marketing efforts by developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email while analyzing market trends, tracking campaign performance, and managing project details to achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Market research and analysis - Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor landscape, and stay updated on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign development and execution - Assist in planning, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising.
Content creation and management - Develop marketing materials and graphics for social media, print, newsletters, and website.
Social media presence – Administrator role for social media accounts: scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations.
Event planning and coordination - Organize networking events and trade shows. Assist with other event coordination as needed.
Data analysis and reporting - Track campaign performance using key metrics, analyze data to identify insights, and create reports to measure ROI.
Marketing Budget - Assist in tracking marketing expenses and allocating funds effectively.
Cross-functional collaboration - Work with different teams (ie. sales, service and rentals) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Email Marketing database - Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate information for targeted marketing initiatives.
Requirements/Skills:
Strong communication skills - Ability to clearly communicate marketing ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Digital marketing proficiency - Understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
Creative thinking - Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and concepts
Analytical skills - Capability to analyze data, interpret trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
Time management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in design tools - Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or proven experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or communications or related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
