We're Hiring: Marketing Director

Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for strategy, brand growth, and lead generation? We’re looking for a Marketing Director to join our team and take charge of our marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and optimizing our lead funnel.

Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and coordinate all marketing initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends
✅ Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SMS, and trade shows
✅ Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
✅ Optimize and oversee CRM systems (HubSpot) and email list management (MailChimp)
✅ Develop pricing strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement
✅ Create and distribute compelling content, including video testimonials and “Veterinarian of the Month” features
✅ Organize and execute trade shows, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
✅ Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing collateral
✅ Leverage AI tools for content and campaign optimization
✅ Conduct Zoom outreach and manage Zoom phone lists
✅ Utilize DocuSign and other tools for efficient client onboarding
✅ Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, refining strategies based on feedback

Qualifications:

✔ Highly Organized – ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
✔ Proven Marketing Experience – preferably in digital, trade show, and email marketing
✔ Strong Project Management & Leadership Skills – ability to coordinate teams and initiatives
✔ Tech-Savvy – proficient in Outlook, Excel, CRM software (HubSpot), and AI tools
✔ Content Creation Expertise – experience with social media, email marketing, and video production
✔ Creative & Data-Driven – balancing innovative marketing with performance analytics

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $60K base + monthly bonuses
