Front-End Developers at ATPCO are the synthesis of design and development. Accelerating our build-measure-learn process, they partner with UX designers, product managers, and full-stack engineers to build customer-centered interfaces that form the platform for industry innovation in airline retailing.
Front-End Developers at ATPCO must combine creativity, analytical skills, and expert knowledge of front-end technologies to develop web applications that deliver great product experiences. This role will focus on the 3Victors suite of products, which allow their customers to confidently make strategic pricing decisions leveraging the power of AI.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the front-end development on key applications, partnering closely with full-stack and backend engineering teams
Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies
Design and build components for ATPCO’s in-house design system
Advocate for end users and customer outcomes through all stages of the software development process
Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from designers and UX researchers
Articulate feasibility impact with non-technical team members
Write documentation for both teammates and design system users
Write automated unit, E2E, and visual regression tests
Mentor junior UX engineers and peers
Provide code review feedback with peers, sharing best practices
Stay on top of tech trends and experiment with new technologies that may improve our UX engineering practice
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering
Experience with contemporary design system principles, techniques, and tools
Experience developing applications on a public cloud
Understanding of human-computer interaction design
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues
Salary Range: $110,350 - $150,000
