About the Role As a member of our expanding Growth team, you’ll play a central role in making sure that every eligible individual within our client base receives the hyper-customized experience they need to stay engaged with Hinge Health. You’ll help us scale our B2C growth channels - including email, direct mail, and SMS - through automation, working as the go-to production expert in platforms such as Iterable. In partnership with our lifecycle marketing team, you’ll act as a key operational strategist in building end-to-end user-focused journeys that allow us to add to the truly moving testimonials pouring in by the day. This role will also be the operational lead for our Targeted Enrollment marketing offering and will define how we build for scale. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for production and enjoys the hands-on aspect of building campaigns in-house. What You’ll Accomplish Drive user engagement through building targeted, customized campaigns that meet each user where they are - from which channels they’re on to which stage of their health journey they’re in. Bring ideas to life by taking copy and designs and building them in our marketing automation platform using HTML and CSS. Continue to evolve our process from one-off email blasts into fully automated multi-channel user journeys. Optimize email, direct mail, SMS, push and in-app content by using automation to execute high-velocity experiments and gather quick insights. Cultivate healthy marketing data that allows us to target the right audiences with the right content at the right time, especially through segmentation. Help define and scale our targeted enrollment marketing offering to enable scale for the growing book of 2,000 clients. Build and optimize user lifecycle marketing flows. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program. Basic Qualifications 6 years of experience on a marketing automation and operations team that works cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Data and Design. Professional experience building multi-channel user journeys in automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing cloud. Experience in email, SMS, push. HTML Coding experience (needs understanding manipulation but not code from scratch). Preferred Qualifications Iterable experience - Iterable certified. Professional experience with marketing tech stack evaluation, engineering, Martech tools. B2B2C Healthcare marketing experience (targeted enrollment experience a huge plus). Direct mail experience. Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
