Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager, Communications to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager Communications will be responsible for developing and executing the internal communications and employer branding strategies. Working closely with key stakeholders, this role will focus on ensuring the appropriate level of communication is shared within the organization in addition to fostering our employer brand image to enhance team member recruitment and retention. May also assist with other marketing communication initiatives as needed. How you’ll make us better: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant Design an employer branding strategy to increase candidate acquisition while promoting team member engagement and retention Maintain the company’s internal communication tools Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis Develop and execute the internal communications strategy, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics Support other communication initiatives within the Marketing team as needed Plan and assist with company meetings and events Exceptional writing and editing skills with emphasis on corporate communication Ability to learn and create innovative new solutions for improving communications Ability to work both independently and in a team setting Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Prerequisites for success: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field required Five (5) years of Internal Communications, corporate communications or similar role Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools required Healthcare internal communications experience preferred Advanced knowledge of computer programs such as PC, Adobe Acrobat, Office, Project Management Software, Asana We saved the best for last.
