Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals, objectives, and challenges.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific client requirements.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, web analytics, and data management platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and manage data segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, personalization, and automation.
- Provide training and support to clients on best practices and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create comprehensive documentation of marketing solutions, processes, and configurations.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI for clients.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and project success.
