About the role: As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will lead innovative demand generation strategies that directly drive revenue growth. This role requires a skilled marketer experienced in B2B SaaS, with a focus on scalable campaigns, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful campaigns, experiment with cutting-edge tools, and drive measurable results within a collaborative and innovative environment. This role is based in Seattle. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with revenue goals. Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, content, and events. Leverage growth hacking techniques like sales plays and competitive campaigns to drive rapid experimentation and results. Drive AI innovation for inbound and outbound lead generation, integrating lead scoring and nurturing workflows. Partner with sales, customer success, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Utilize tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense to manage and enrich Target Account Lists (TALs). Implement personalized outreach sequences and retargeting ads to engage high-priority accounts. Develop and refine playbooks for account-based and lifecycle campaigns to support scalable growth efforts. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling assets tailored to the buyer’s journey. Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to ensure seamless lead flow and attribution. Enhanced Focus Areas:
Design outreach sequences for TALs with insights from CRM data and dynamic triggers (e.g., clicks or opens). Utilize retargeting ads segmented by intent and personalized messaging. Playbooks and Experimentation:
Create frameworks for Allbound campaigns combining inbound value-driven content and outbound outreach. Standardize A/B test templates for emails, landing pages, and CTAs, documenting scalable insights. Data-Driven Strategy:
Collaborate with Ops/Data teams to drive creation of automated dashboards to track KPIs like open rates, reply rates, and demo requests. Work with operations teams with tools like Segment, Snowflake, and Tableau for multi-channel data consolidation and analysis. Automation and Scalability:
Work with operations to influence Integration of CRM and marketing tools for seamless data flow and enriched TAL insights. Work to influence the operations team to use APIs and platforms like Zapier to automate workflows and lead distribution. Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or agency environments. 5+ years managing marketing operations and implementing advanced technology stacks. Expertise in revenue marketing, ABM, intent data, and demand generation best practices. Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Tableau). Strong skills in campaign design, A/B testing, and ROI optimization. Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, and dynamic ad platforms.
