$75-$80/hr SUMMARY: The Global Campaigns Marketing Project Manager plays a key role in the organization, coordination, and management of global integrated campaigns as well as several other projects and programs. The Global Campaigns Marketing Project Manager owns and drives momentum for all day-to-day deliverables as the primary internal and external point of contact for projects supporting the Global Campaigns Marketing team. The Global Campaigns Marketing Project Manager works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time and that expectations are surpassed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable with change, and able to work with a high volume of projects. Duties will involve defining project deliverables, leading scoping process, aligning resources against project needs, and working with stakeholders and resources to execute and deliver projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the Global Campaign, Creative, Digital and Web Production teams to scope projects, create and maintain project plans, provide project status, handle partner feedback and ensure project outcomes are accurate and complete. Partner with the Global Campaign team and other functional leads to define, document, and communicate project scope with all key partners. Lead the definition of project scope and the development of project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of global marketing campaigns and digital projects. Organize, facilitate, and drive status meetings. Develop meeting agendas, highlight key project dates, drive issue resolution, and keep track of follow-up items. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes to all internal partners. Track critical dates, manage task/project dependencies and proactively communicate issues. Make daily decisions about how project tasks are completed: assignments, sequence, deadlines, dependencies, solving problems, resolving conflicts, and ensuring resources have what they need to complete projects. Conduct offline meetings with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, digital, web production, QA, localization, etc.) to ensure priorities are known, issues are resolved, and efforts are coordinated. Act as the team’s point of contact and maintain communication with all project partners to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimization of resources, smooth handoffs, and project consistency. Closely collaborate with our creative resource manager and team leads to resource projects through our project management tool, Workfront. Take the lead in monitoring progress, handoffs, and status using our tool. QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of Project Management experience within a marketing organization Experience within demand generation Bachelor’s degree required. Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) Proven experience leading marketing campaigns and digital projects and programs, working with internal teams as well as virtual/global teams. Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills as well as ability to collaborate with a variety of partners. Proven track record working in a fast-pace, multifaceted environment and able to deliver results on time; graceful under pressure. Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and improve processes. PMP certification is highly desirable. Agency experience a plus. IND123
