Position Overview

We're seeking a Digital Advertising Manager who lives and breathes PC gaming, understands SaaS ecosystems, and can navigate consumer tech trends. You'll drive user acquisition and growth across our digital platforms, combining deep gaming industry knowledge with performance marketing expertise. The ideal candidate understands both the technical aspects of PC gaming hardware/software and the psychology of gaming audiences, while being well-versed in SaaS marketing metrics and consumer behavior patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate spending across channels including paid search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising
  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
  • Develop targeting strategies to reach key audience segments
  • Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports on ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other relevant metrics
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content
  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media vendors
  • Ensure brand consistency across all paid campaigns
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major advertising platforms
  • Experience managing influencer consumer campaigns
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data visualization tools
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modeling
  • Experience with bid management tools and automation platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus

Personal Qualities

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising
  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Project management and team leadership abilities
