We are seeking a proactive and driven self-starter to lead the development and execution of our EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) business development strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for premium products in niche markets. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results. You’ll be responsible for:

Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events, as well as platforms such as Cognism and Dripify. Identify potential clients who align with Strategic Coach’s target audience. Plan, execute, and evaluate UK events strategy, including conferences, webinars, and potential partnerships. Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns for EMEA that align with Strategic Coach’s global marketing objectives and support the EMEA sales team. Manage the EMEA social media strategy, aligned with global strategies, to drive leads, engagement, and awareness. Track and analyse marketing campaign performance. Work closely with the global marketing team to roll out campaigns for the UK where appropriate. Create a multi-channel referral and reactivation campaign to drive UK registrations. Attend monthly Strategic Coach workshops in London. Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices in the entrepreneurial coaching industry. Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localise marketing content for the EMEA audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance. Work closely with the UK team and regional sales leader to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. We also want you to have:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lead generation and/or marketing, ideally within the coaching or professional development sector. Strong understanding of online marketing and social media strategies. Experience in planning/managing events. Highly organised and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for entrepreneurship and helping others to succeed. Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of Cognism and Dripify is a plus.
