Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and spend the majority of their week in the office. About The Role: Notion’s Creative Team is looking for an experienced, process-oriented operations expert who excels at scaling processes and bringing clarity to complex challenges — and can help our team reach exceptional outcomes. What You'll Achieve: As a Marketing Manager, Campaigns, you will be responsible for implementing repeatable operational practices that help our Marketing Team deliver high-impact projects quickly, while maintaining our high quality bar. Drive strategic alignment and clarity on tentpole marketing initiatives across key markets and regions. Develop and deliver Integrated Marketing programs in coordination with Marketing Leads. Create strategic media plans to ensure campaigns deliver against awareness and conversion goals. Optimize execution of integrated campaigns, managing budgets and resources. Analyze tradeoffs and map resources to OKRs to pre-empt disruption to project timelines. Partner on annual budget planning and regular budget tracking. Create and own service-level agreements with internal and external partners. Skills You'll Need to Bring:
9+ years of experience
in Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, or similar fields. Speed:
Bias towards action and ambition in creating processes. Creative champion:
Empathy and passion for the creative process. Collaborative:
Helping teams become the best versions of themselves. Order agent:
Ability to create clarity from ambiguity. Skilled executor:
Able to operate at all levels within an organization. High EQ:
