Proficient in MS Office Suite, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), and familiarity with website and CRM platforms is a plus. Position Summary The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is a dual-role position responsible for both coordinating and producing proposals and marketing materials. This role collaborates with the firm’s Managing Principal, Marketing Director, and leadership team to develop and update original written content for marketing and communication collateral. The Coordinator will also manage award submissions and maintain internal and external communication programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, strong organizational and analytical skills, an interest in architecture and design, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Reporting Structure Reports to the Managing Principal (SF) and the Senior Director of Marketing (NY). Job Responsibilities Support firm-wide initiatives to strengthen the company’s branding and identity across all marketing materials and messaging, including client proposals, brochures, presentations, posters, digital media, PR materials, mailers, infographics, award submissions, and exhibitions. Assist in creating written marketing content such as firm profiles, history, award submissions, press releases, and project descriptions. Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, efficiently managing time and balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Develop and apply knowledge of the architecture, design, and real estate sectors to enhance and strategically guide marketing efforts. Ensure quality control across all marketing initiatives. Proposal Coordination and Production Support new business development by coordinating the proposal process, from qualifications and proposal submission to project award. Produce portfolio/qualifications, proposals, brochures, and award submissions. Conduct research on potential clients to inform marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and qualifications. Develop and/or edit firm profiles, approaches, and content to support proposals and portfolio/qualifications. Writing and Communication Assist in developing firm marketing materials by compiling existing content and drafting original text, identifying key concepts and points that add value. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and firm leadership to create written content, including press releases, award submissions, general marketing copy, firm profiles, and project descriptions. Write, edit, and publish content tailored to various social media platforms, working with the Marketing Director and leadership to manage daily posts and maintain engagement across channels. Update the website with news, new projects, and other relevant content. Maintain and upload information to internal communication systems, including the firm’s intranet and image database (Open Asset). The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.
