A day in the life of a Creative Services Coordinator
Do you enjoy coordinating the sourcing, development, and content creation for all-mediums including print and media production, marketing, and promotion? In this fast-paced position responsibilities will consist of bringing together teams from ideation to completion, making sure all the elements come together to deliver the best output.Communication is key as you will work with designers, media producers, photographers, writers, and other media professionals to develop a finished product, by managing deadlines and expectations for all involved. Highlighting your fantastic coordinator skills and fun, connecting approach, you will be the consistent glue between the creative team and the marketing and sales teams; keeping feedback flowing, deadlines managed, and products delivered.
Special opportunities on the digital and video creation side will lead you to pop on your producer hat and keep the crew on pace with deadlines while managing the fast pace of always being ready to create, produce and launch campaigns with the design and multi-media teams.

Essential Functions:
- Project Management and Production Logistics: Assists in developing creative briefs and managing projects through the creative process. This includes managing production schedules, assigning tasks to team members and coordinating across departments, including design, multimedia, social media and web development. Leverages Certified Angus Beef experience to navigate complex logistics and alignment of strategies and production needs.
- Editorial Consistency, Story Development, and Quality Control: Ensures all project segmentsand collateral align with the overall strategy, conceptand editorial vision, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency and clarity.Contributes to story development and writing, providing constructive feedback on segment content to ensure narrative cohesion.This includes ensuring all campaign collateral upholds the Certified Angus Beef brand voice, adheres to the StoryBrand framework and presents a clear and compelling call to action. Reviews all production elements, including footage, graphics and scripts to maintain high creative standards and brand integrity.
- Team Coordination, Communication and Collaboration: Assembles and manages cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities effectively.Serves as a central communication hub, delivering updates, clarifying expectations and sharing critical project details to relevant team members and stakeholders.Creates a culture of collaboration by aligning teams around shared goals and fostering inclusivity.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven expertise in managing complex, multilayered projects, including coordinating strategies and logistics.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Extensive experience maintaining clear and concise communication with creative team members and other departments.Skilled in leading effective meetings, including team kick-off and check-in meetings throughout a project. Adept in crafting presentations with creative ideas, strategic documents and creative briefs. Proven experience in garnering internal and external stakeholder support throughout a project.
- Editorial Judgment: Ability to understand Certified Angus Beefs global storytelling approach and make informed decisions about content to ensure it aligns with the brands voice, strategy and goals. Skilled in recognizing diverse consumer behaviors and media habits and crafting compelling narratives that effectively guide the audience toward the desired outcome, maintaining clarity and purpose.
- Leadership Abilities: Expertise in guiding production teams to achieve project goals and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Skilled in motivating teams towards intentional, goal-driven collaboration, managing interpersonal dynamics and providing mentorship to staff. Effective at offering strategic insight and operational guidance, ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with production equipment, editing workflows and creative project coordination. Knowledge of digital content workflows, visual storytelling and managing creative projects from ideation to execution. Experience in coordinating technical requirements for photo and video shoots to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.
- Budget Overview: Responsible for managing production budgets and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters. Monitors production costs, allocates resources efficiently and works closely with teams to ensure that projects are executed within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Education and Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Possession of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, in marketing or a related field; and/or
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, communications, creative content development, content marketing or project management.
- Familiarity with agriculture and the beef industry preferred.
Travel: Open to travel (car or airplane), up to approximately 15%. May require overnight travel and/or weekend work.
This in-office (not remote) position is located in Wooster, Ohio.
