ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is not your typical marketing team, nor are you a typical marketer. As the Kitchen's Director of Influencer Marketing Strategy, you will play a crucial role in developing capabilities that are poised to shape the future of the creator economy. Your extensive background in strategy and influencer management on either the agency or brand side uniquely positions you to understand industry evolution and future directions, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Out a New Influencer Capability: Define and implement influencer creative strategies across key brands, enabling innovative market entry strategies and driving growth at Kraft Heinz.
  • Influencer Strategy Development: Lead the design of comprehensive, innovative influencer marketing strategies tailored to the unique objectives and needs of priority brands.
  • Influencer Vendor Management: Direct and oversee the collaborations with partner agencies, ensuring alignment and effective measurement.
  • Influencer Identification and Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with influencers who resonate with our brands' values and target audiences.
  • Creative Direction: Guide influencers creatively, ensuring their content aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Collaborate with The Kitchen's performance and Kraft Heinz media teams to develop KPIs and metrics for campaign success, analyzing performance data for actionable insights.
  • Brand Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for brand teams regarding influencer strategy and progress, ensuring effective communication of campaign objectives and results.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related fields with a proven history of executing successful influencer campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a talent for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of motivating and inspiring a team.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or culinary-related sectors is preferred.
