Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Vice President, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s marketing initiatives for it's various projects and business development as a whole.Integrity, quality construction, and complete customer satisfaction are pillars of the Headwaters Development culture. As relatively new builder in SWFL the company is looking to continue its success as a custom new construction builder and expand into high end remodeling . The Marketing Manager will be required to aid in the process of exploring creative ways to get the exposure needed to grow the business and accomplish its goal of becoming an established and well respected contractor in SWFL.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Website development & management - ensuring all websites are current and performing at their best
- Marketing analytics - tracking marketing initiatives and ad campaigns to evaluate the best use of marketing budget
- Graphic Design - creating marketing collateral that can be used by sales team to aid in the selling of various product. Creating print and digital media to aid in the capture of new business.
- Partner with the management team to discuss marketing opportunities internally and externally to the company
- Conducts community outreach, promotions, public relations and active participation in community and industry events.
- Monitors and manages key performance indicators.
- Work with team members to execute campaigns or new initiatives
- Develop and implement the Marketing Operating budget in conjunction with the management team and complete monthly variance reports
- Ensure oversight of all social media channels and leverage their advertising capabilities.
- Frequently review results, identify targets and develop measurable strategies to achieve results
- Contribute to the annual organization sales strategy taking into consideration the sector trends both Regionally and Internationally
- Identify, create and plan the marketing campaigns for each division of the Organization through: Website development and maintenance, Social Media platforms, Commercials/TV Ads, Digital Platforms and billboards, Print Media, Search Engine Optimization
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Post Secondary degree in a related discipline (business, marketing, sales) or a combination of education and experience
- 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing or in a similar role
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and support all levels of staff, resulting in a highly engaged team
- Ability to build brand recognition in accordance with company values
- Adaptable to the changing needs of the real estate market & business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to problem solve and take quick action when needed
