Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnership Marketing Manager to lead thedevelopment and management of national partnerships. This role is instrumental in creatingcollaborative opportunities with organizations, media outlets, and community groups to enhance LinerLegals visibility and impact. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a passion for marketingand a drive to contribute to meaningful causes.


Key Responsibilities:
Secure 1-2 new national nonprofit organizations and 1-2 national PR/media partners each
month.
Increase awareness and secure partnerships to support the Backwards Hat Gives Back program.
Attend conferences and events to create brand awareness and build partnerships.
Develop new and maintain existing referral partner relationships to drive lead generation and
revenue growth.
Secure Michael Liner as a keynote speaker at national and renowned conferences and events.
Plan, organize, and execute events in collaboration with the team to increase visibility and
engagement.

Build partnerships across doctors, organizations, service providers, insurance companies, andother stakeholders.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and media outlets toenhance Liner Legals national exposure.
Collaborate with internal teams to create co-branded campaigns, workshops, and events.
Manage sponsorship opportunities for events and community programs.
Measure the success of partnership initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize impact.
Work closely with the marketing team to align partnership efforts with overall branding and
messaging goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or a similar role.
Strong network and relationship-building skills.
Out-of-the-box thinker who takes initiative and drives innovation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique partnership opportunities.
Graphic design skills are a plus for creating presentations and marketing collateral.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
Passion for advocacy and a commitment to Liner Legals mission.
Ability to travel to conferences, events, and partnership meetings.
