POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing & Web Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, managing website updates, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple online platforms. The specialist will also analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and growth.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Communications and External Relations. This position reports on site with possibility of partial work-from-home.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and create web pages as requested using HTML, WordPress.
- Support email preparation, list segmentation, and survey creation.
- Identify target audiences, design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Produce engaging content such as blog posts, social media graphics, videos, and email newsletters aligned with brand messaging.
- Implement strategies to improve website ranking on search engines through keyword research, meta descriptions, and technical optimizations.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to reach specific demographics.
- Set up campaign tracking in Google Analytics, including tagging, tracking URLs, and creating dashboards. Report on campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates and ROI, and making data-driven adjustments.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities to reach target audiences.
- Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and proficiency in HTML and CSS for website updates and basic webpage creation.
- Familiarity with campaign tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of Google Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for image editing and content preparation.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) design concepts to support website updates and content presentation.
- Proactive problem solver who can work independently and collaboratively.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in web and digital marketing.
