Our client, a leader in audio-visual integration, is seeking a Senior AV Design Engineer to join their team in Dallas, TX. About the Role:

As a Senior AV Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and engineering AV systems that meet client needs and industry standards. You'll collaborate with sales, project managers, and installation teams to develop comprehensive AV solutions, ensuring quality, functionality, and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design audio, video, and control systems for commercial environments
• Create AV system drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Specify AV equipment, ensuring compatibility and performance
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to understand client needs and provide technical guidance
• Support project implementation with technical oversight and troubleshooting
• Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in AV system design and engineering
• Expertise in Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Dante, and networked AV solutions
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or AV design software
• Strong knowledge of AV standards, including AVIXA, CTS-D certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
