Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Content Manager to develop and execute our content strategy. In this role, you will write clear, persuasive stories and curate them into a library of content that supports our marketing and communications efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to develop narratives that resonate with our diverse set of audiences: from public safety professionals to the communities they serve, investors, media, government and political leaders, among others. This role ensures our messaging is clear, impactful, and consistent across all channels.
Reporting to our CMO, you will work directly with our executive leadership and with people across functions including business development, product, operations, among others. For some specific types of content, you will also coordinate with and manage specialized external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality, integrated execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and develop clear, compelling narratives for marketing content, including case studies, website copy, video scripts/storyboards, sales materials, investor decks, white papers, etc.
  • Plan and execute the content creation calendar—managing what content gets created and when.
  • Adapt key messages to different audiences—from law enforcement and public safety professionals to the communities they serve, investors, media, government and political leaders, among others.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging content for product launches and key marketing moments.
  • Work closely with our internal marketing team and specialized external agency partners to ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels and content types.
  • Leverage real-time dashboards (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meltwater) to monitor and report on key metrics and adjust strategies based on actionable insights.
  • Ensure all written content adheres to our brand guidelines and supports our broader branding efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in content writing and editing (B2B, public sector, or related are a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience organizing and developing content strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—adept at drawing insights from data and complex ideas to craft persuasive stories for multiple audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience writing multiple types of content (e.g., website copy, video scripts, case studies, decks).
  • Expertise with SEO and content optimization best practices.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can bring clarity and structure to complex projects.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Literature, or a related field.
