Job Summary:
Meneses Law is looking for an in-house Digital Marketing Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms and campaigns. They will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement with our target audience.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company.
- Overseeing the creation of social media content ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, and audio podcasts.
- Interact with clients for content creation purposes; conducting video interviews as necessary.
- Research on new technologies for content improvement purposes.
- Analytics, metrics, and email campaign reporting.
- Managing the digital marketing calendar for email campaigns (Creation and scheduling).
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the marketing department.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other platforms to design visually appealing graphics and videos for various marketing channels including social media, website, and print materials.
- Skilled in operating professional cameras to capture high-quality visual content- pictures and video.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
Job Types: Full-time
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years full-time employment in Marketing or a closely related field.
Compensation:
Meneses Law believes in Work-Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education/ Experience: A Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read comprehension, write, speak to others to convey information effectively, active listening, and interpreting instructional documents.
- Reasoning Skills: Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternatives and their implications.
- Physical Demands: This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing a computer monitor for extended periods of time. Involves manual dexterity for using a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
- Other skills: Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
