Responsibilities
Our team is looking for a full-time Design Director who will support the Groupe Platform & Solutions team in influencing various creative environments, such as products and brand visual identities. This role will also be instrumental in assisting key revenue opportunities by designing world-class visual presentations, microsites, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Design and creation of incredible PowerPoint templates and slideware for pitch presentations; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements.
- Partner with marketing, new business and product teams to develop design concepts for pitches, client meetings, industry events, and internal communications.
- Concept and create print and digital collateral.
- Concept and create strategic experiential elements.
- Assist in building and implementing new approaches to design work.
- Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines.
- Maintain Publicis' graphic aesthetic and quality.
- Manage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines.
- Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned.

- Possess impeccable time management skills, managing multiple complex activities at once.
- Have experience working with co-located and virtual teams.
- Have excellent judgment while working on high-priority, confidential initiatives.
- Able to easily liaise with people outside the design team & create work based on a verbal or written brief.
- Have a positive attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A passion for creativity - any additional creative outlet, hobby or passion is a plus.
The successful candidate should have:
- 6-8 years of design experience (agency experience is preferred).
- 4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus).
- Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design.
- Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skills.
- Expert skills in PowerPoint.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Open to travel as needed.
- Branding and logo design experience.
- Keynote design is a plus.
- XD/Sketch application experience is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Proficiency with video editing and/or animation is a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus.
