HTI is seeking a versatile and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our Sales and Marketing team, with a key focus on supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to design for a wide range of media and use cases, have a comprehensive understanding of how visual communication encourages action and generates results, and contribute strategically to creative campaign planning. The designer will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operational teams to create compelling visual assets that enhance our brand, attract new clients, and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create compelling designs and visual concepts for digital, print, and promotional materials, including presentations, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, case studies, etc. that align with our brand and business development goals.
  2. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, media, and platforms.
  3. Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, marketing team, and subject matter experts within the company to produce integrated campaigns and deliverables that translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
  4. Work with external vendors, such as printers and freelancers, to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or business development environment.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  3. Deep understanding of and ability to effectively utilize typography, color theory, and principles and elements of design.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  6. Impeccable attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment, requiring movement from project to project at a moment’s notice.
  8. Travel as necessary, including marketing material local pick up or travel to branch/clients (<5).

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  1. Experience in Photography and videography (+ related Adobe programs, i.e. Lightroom or Premiere Pro, etc.)
  2. Experience with web design (e.g., HTML, CSS).
  3. Content writing and/or copywriting.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
