Westchester Magazine, a division of Today Media, is seeking a talented and innovative Associate Publisher to bring a strong focus to the top line revenue for Westchester Magazine and its ancillary publications, including Westchester Home and 914Inc, as well as signature events like Westchester Wine and Food Week, Best of Westchester, and Women in Business Awards.

The Associate Publisher will collaborate with the Editor to develop new event and special section opportunities in Westchester County, New York.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Training, motivating, coaching, and monitoring the performance of Multimedia Sales Account Executives to maximize revenue for all products.
  2. Developing and maintaining rapport with advertising agencies and key accounts.
  3. Creating a target account business strategy along with an implementation plan for print, digital initiatives, and event sponsorships.
  4. Maintaining a positive, highly visible image for the publication in the community by being involved in civic and business associations.
  5. Developing and maintaining, with the Marketing Director, a consistent monthly promotional approach to selling the publication and its various sections.
  6. Building and maintaining media relationships with major print, TV, and radio stations to promote the publication.
